Contrary to popular belief, courage is not simply a natural-born trait. It's a skill that can be honed through honest self-reflection, clear intention-setting, repeated action, calculated risk-taking, and a willingness to lean into discomfort. We find ourselves in a time where nuances seem to be disappearing; causing frustration, resentment, and fatigue. Now more than ever we need more courageous, bold individuals who are willing to blaze the trail for open conversation and fresh ideas. Using my 7 years of professional experience supporting people in and out of the public eye, I will be guiding you through the intimate process of moving from self-censorship and into mindful expression.

Traditionally drums call us to battle or they call us to dance. In 2023 we're battling for the changes we want and dancing when we get them. Even if we don't get them we're dancing. For energy. The Groove is found at the intersection of Discipline, Surrender and Mischief. Rhythm, Vision, Values and Vibe. Ask anyone at Harvest for one word about Tom Morley and they will say "Drums". Drums, engage us, connect us and bond us. They bring us together to take a stand shoulder to shoulder, heart to heart and soul to soul. To stand for what? We'll invent that on the day. The answer will be in the groove we create

Half of North American adults suffer from chronic illness - a fact Western medicine views largely in terms of individual predispositions and habits. You will learn to: 1. Identify two separations imposed by Western Medicine on the health and well-being of the population 2. Name three chronic conditions that are correlated with stressful social environments 3. Describe one shift in focus that would support a healthier population.

Athena’s Gong Bath is a sound meditation based on an integrated practice that combines a shamanic ceremonial setting with an Eastern emphasis on breathing exercises and visualisation. Specific musical instruments played during the meditation allow participants to use sound as a therapeutic tool to disconnect from discursive thinking and delve into a transcendental state. The goal is to enable participants to disengage their undesirable habitual patterns and to empower positive cognitive change. The experience ranges from calming, balancing, deep healing, and grounding to soul journeying, awakening and enlightening.
Spaces for the Sound Meditation are limited so attendees will need to register for this session beforehand when signing up for workshops.
