Manon, Harvest's Managing Director, is the large cog in our engine, keeping all the other cogs oiled and ticking nicely. Her own interest in wellness is no secret, travelling far and wide for new experiences - she's even got a snap with his Holiness the Dalai Lama to prove it.

Bruna heads our production team making sure that each part of our event is presented with beauty and perfection. A huge music lover, her previous experience in music events means she selects the best acts to perform at Harvest - you can find her on our dance floor enjoying their beats.

This global nomad spreads her time between Lisbon and Brazil. A sun seeker at heart, our Community Manager is on hand to help each Harvest community member to have the best possible experience possible, and she's got the beautiful smile to boot!

To say that Finance Manager Nicole is organised would be an understatement (if you don't believe us check out her spreadsheets). A travel enthusiast, her time is split between San Francisco, New Mexico and Lisbon and anywhere else with sun!

Sophie is our Programming Manager, making sure each major gathering is jam packed with the best talent out there, not to mention some life-changing experiences! Mother to two rowdy boys, Sophie also somehow manages to find time to run a vintage fashion business.

Maran is a Harvest veteran and knows the ins and outs of programming in Kaplankaya. This nature-loving spirit can often be found hiking in the mountains, camping in the wilderness and splashing in the sea.

Another veteran, Alix heads the Marketing department, creating beautiful content for our community to enjoy year round. In her perfect world she'd spend her day in the sea and her night on the dance floor - right next to Bruna!

Dilara runs event production on the ground at Kaplankaya and uses her beauty and wits to charm all our local suppliers - no one can escape her infectious energy! She loves to hike, but climbing to the peak of Harvest is undoubtedly a huge achievement! (Maybe we're biased..?)

Having recently become a new mother, when Nihan isn't caring for baby Noah, she's managing all the transport logistics for our events. A true animal lover, it's not just chickens she likes, but also cats, dogs, turtles, seals, giraffes... you get the picture.

Emilie is our Retreat Coordinator, organising the best retreats with experts in their field to provide one-of-a-kind experiences. Another nature lover, she spends days walking her dog in the Mallorcan mountains and is mildly obsessed with miniature donkeys.

Pinar is the missing piece to everyone's puzzle. Generous by nature, she lends a hand across most of the departments - organising the Healer's Circle, helping with local production, sourcing beautiful trinkets for goody bags. She provides the whole team with the calm amid the storm.

The youngest of the team, but arguably the most stylish (just check out her bag!), Beyza is our on-site production assistant, making sure the final touches to decor and design are all impeccable. She's never to be found without a speaker playing music.

With a background as a journalist for Bloomberg TV around the globe (London, France, Hong Kong), Rose is perfectly placed to interview Harvest's lineup and pick their brains for fascinating insights. She likes to decipher trends, ski everywhere (especially in the Alps), play padel and tennis and support Aquavera - an association which provides drinking water in Africa.

Roman is a man of many talents and is motivated by his love for people. His great passion is to immerse people in experiences, create emotions with them and give joy. This passion is part of a big dream of warming people with hospitality and giving the best feelings akin to a second home.
