Day 1

Day 2
Explore the Mind-Body-Sleep Connection

  • Delve into the intricate relationship between mental states, breath, and nervous system activity, exploring how stress, anxiety, and relaxation techniques influence sleep quality.

  • Learn effective stress management techniques, such as mindfulness meditation, deep breathing exercises, and progressive muscle relaxation, to promote relaxation and prepare the body for restful sleep.

  • Harness the power of relaxation techniques, including guided imagery, aromatherapy, and soothing music, to create an ideal environment for quality rest and rejuvenation.


Day 3
Embrace Body Rejuvenation Principles

  • Learn about the importance of physical and mental digestion in promoting restorative sleep and vitality, examining the impact of nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle choices on sleep patterns.

  • Discover the role of balanced nutrition, including incorporating sleep-promoting foods and avoiding stimulants close to bedtime, in supporting natural sleep-wake cycles and optimizing sleep quality.

Alison Francis

Alison, known as Anandi, The Sleep Guru, is an esteemed Ayurvedic wellbeing coach specializing in sleep, a senior yoga teacher, and a breathwork facilitator trained in India.

With 35 years in the wellness field, she's also a certified Chopra meditation teacher.

Author of "Breathe Better Sleep Better," Alison has been featured in major publications like Cosmopolitan and the Daily Mail. She developed Sleepology by Anandi™, an Ayurvedic approach to addressing stress, exhaustion, and sleep disturbances, drawing from her own struggles with insomnia to help others enhance their health and well-being.

Urmi Sound, a leading London-based wellbeing and arts events agency founded by Joseph Evling-Taylor, specializes in creating transformative sound experiences. 

Drawing inspiration from ancient philosophies, Urmi Sound interprets modern urban lifestyles, providing participants with therapeutic tools for flourishing. 

Their events spark connection, inspire creativity, and soothe tired minds, making them a pivotal resource for rejuvenation and inspiration.

Through workshops, supper clubs, online content, and one-on-one consultations, it blends ancestral practices with modern science. Specializing in gut health, sleep optimization, and regenerative agriculture, Raoul fosters intentional eating for holistic wellbeing.

His work spans retreats in France, Italy, and Menorca, and collaborations with venues like Lanserhof at The Arts Club and Soho House. Additionally, he serves as a private chef for UHNW individuals, embodying his nutrition philosophy.
