  • Packages at Harvest Kaplankaya 2025 range from €3,885 per person for ticket-only to €8,446 per person for the Kaplankaya Premium double occupancy experience.

  • The full program will be made available to all guests upon check-in at the Six Senses Kaplankaya for the Harvest event.

  • Yes, there will be gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan options available for our Harvest guests.

  • For the Harvest Kaplankaya event in Turkey, our dress code is casual, but to fully make the most of your time here, read through the extra bits below.

    Something warm: Evenings can get chilly on the coast, please bring something to wrap up in.

    Beach wear: Make the most of the crystal clear water and jump in the sea!

    Active wear: We will incorporate movement workshops during the day and you also have access to Six Senses' gym, so bring something comfortable to stretch, jump and dance around in.

    Something waterproof: While the weather here is normally sunny and warm, we've had some rainy spells recently, so bring something to keep dry in when going from one place to another (don't worry the program will be moved indoors on rainy days!)

  • The closest airport is Milas-Bodrum Airport at just one hour from Kaplankaya.

  • You can reach Kaplankaya by car, boat or helicopter. For more information and to book your transfer please contact: concierge-kaplankaya@sixsenses.com.

    The next closest airport is Izmir International Airport which is 2 hours from Kaplankaya.

  • Depending on which country you are coming from, it is possible that you will need a visa to visit Turkey. Please check on Turkey's official government website to see if you require one and be sure to organise it well in advance as this can take a few days to process.

  • Check-in for room access is at 3:00 PM. Nick will be at reception from 9:00 AM to welcome you, and you can store your luggage in the secure luggage room until your room is ready.


    Check-out: 12:00 PM
    • Late check-out until 4:00 PM is 50% of the nightly rate.
    • Late check-out after 4:00 PM is 100% of the nightly rate.

HARVEST X SHA

    1. Your ticket includes:

      • Four nights at SHA Mexico

      • All meals (SHA’s signature nutrition-focused cuisine) 

      • Access to the full Harvest x SHA program (including talks, movement sessions, performances, and group wellness practices)

      • 7 pre-selected SHA treatments are included. Additional options will be available upon arrival, but are an additional cost.

  • The Harvest x SHA program is exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. However, minors are welcome to use the SHA Residences facilities, including the kids' club, pool, beach, in-room dining, cinema, and gym.

  • This event follows a strict no refund, no credit policy. Tickets may only be transferred to another guest if:

    • The change is managed independently.

    • The new attendee's name is provided via email to the Harvest team by October 22nd (two weeks before the event).
      Selected treatments would be transferred as well in their original choices, and no changes can be guaranteed.

  • SHA Wellness Clinic, Costa Mujeres, Mexico — located just north of Cancún. SHA México an exclusive beachfront location just 30 minutes from Cancún International Airport.

  • The full program will be shared upon arrival at the event. Guests can expect a curated journey across The Body, The Mind, and The Soul — including talks, live music, movement, sound, and immersive wellbeing sessions.

  • SHA’s culinary philosophy is largely plant-based and refined sugar-free,

    with occasional seafood offerings. SHA nutrition excludes meat, but does not entirely exclude other types of animal protein, fish, or shellfish. These are served with varying regularity depending on your personal food plan. Dietary restrictions can be accommodated with advance notice.

  • Daily Wear: Comfortable clothes, sportswear, and swimwear.
    Footwear: Sports footwear.
    Evening Wear: Smart casual clothing for dinners and events.

  • International Cancun airport, 30 minutes away from SHA.

  • For your safety and comfort, SHA offers private transportation from the airport to the clinic. Please inquire at the time of booking to arrange this service. (Additional charges apply.)

  • Visa requirements for Mexico vary depending on your nationality. We recommend checking with your local Mexican consulate or embassy to confirm if a visa is needed for your visit. Travelers from the US, Canada, EU, and many other countries may enter Mexico without a visa for stays of up to 180 days.

  • Check-in: Your suite will be ready for check-in from 3 PM. If you arrive earlier due to travel schedules, you are welcome to store your luggage at the Front Desk and begin enjoying the facilities or scheduled treatments.

    Check-out: Check-out is until 12 PM. Should your flight or travel arrangements require it, you may store your luggage at the Front Desk and continue to use the facilities for as long as needed.

    • Flights to and from Cancún

    • Transfers to/from the airport

    • Any purchases or services outside the official Harvest x SHA program

  • In compliance with current legal regulations, for your own well-being, and that of other guests, smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the SHA facilities. All suites are smoke-free and smoking is penalized with a €500 cleaning fee.

  • Missed or canceled treatments are considered forfeited. Please also note that punctuality is essential to the smooth operation of the SHA clinic—arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in your appointment being voided.

  • Once submitted, your selection is final and cannot be changed. However, you’re welcome to book additional treatments separately at their respective cost.
