HARVEST x SHA
COSTA MUJERES, SHA MEXICO
NOVEMBER 5-9, 2025
HARVEST x SHA
In 2018, Harvest began its journey by asking a simple, yet elusive question:
What does it mean to live well?
We explored this path of inquiry together in Kaplankaya—on the Turkish Aegean coast, through movement, stillness, science, food, and conversation. It was our first-ever gathering, one that planted the seeds for everything that followed.
Nearly a decade later, we return to that very same question—with all the learnings, wisdom, and connections the years have brought. This November, Harvest is going back to its roots to explore again what it means to be truly well. This time in our new home away from home together with SHA, pioneers in integrative health and personalized longevity, we will gather at SHA’s state of the art facility in the Mexican Caribbean, Costa Mujeres, to connect and grow as we explore The Art of Living Well.

THE THEME:
THE ART OF LIVING WELL
The art of living well is not a formula, but a state of being. As one of Harvest’s original thought leaders Alexandra Aseilly taught us, it is in the being that the doing happens. Life is an ever-evolving interplay between our physical, emotional, spiritual states, and our social interactions. At a time when the world feels confused, tending to our vitality becomes essential—not just for ourselves, but for how we show up in the world. It is how we lead, relate, and imagine differently. The question we ask is how can we best lead this finite, fragile life we are given. The invitation is to find our sense of purpose, to understand how our physiology functions and how our minds work.
At SHA, Harvest will explore wellbeing as a foundation for life. Through talks, shared meals, music, and immersive experiences, we’ll weave ancient knowledge and modern insight—drawing from SHA’s groundbreaking approach and vast capabilities in integrative health and Harvest’s ethos of meaning, beauty, and connection.
