HARVEST x SHA

COSTA MUJERES, SHA MEXICO

NOVEMBER 5-9, 2025

HARVEST x SHA

What does it mean to live well? It’s the question that sparked our very first Harvest gathering on the Aegean coast nearly a decade ago—and one we return to this November, shaped by the years of conversation, connection, and growth since. This time, we’re heading to the Mexican Caribbean, where we’ll gather with SHA at their state-of-the-art facility in Costa Mujeres to explore what it means to be truly well.

SHA is known for its rigorous, personalized approach to longevity and integrative health. At Harvest, we’ve spent eight years crafting experiences that bring people into meaningful connection—through shared meals, music, movement, and dialogue. We create environments where presence is felt and transformation unfolds in the quiet moments between.

Now, we come together to offer something new: a space where deep physiological care is supported by a communal rhythm. Where wellbeing isn’t something to chase alone, but something we practice side by side.

LINE UP

  • A former Jain monk, peace activist, and ecological educator. Best known for his 8,000-mile peace walk to the world’s nuclear capitals, he later founded Schumacher College and edited Resurgence & Ecologist magazine for over 40 years.

His life’s work centers on simplicity, reverence for nature, and moral clarity. Satish offers a rare integration of spiritual depth and activist conviction—a reminder that living with purpose begins with the courage to slow down, listen deeply, and walk one’s values.

  • Founder of Commune and co-creator of Wanderlust, Jeff explores personal growth and collective healing through writing, teaching, and conversations on wellness, purpose, and community.

Sandy brings hard-won insight on risk, resilience, and reinvention. Her story reminds us that elevation comes not just from ascent—but from learning to face the descent with clarity, dignity, and unshakable self-trust.

  • A master connector and strategist, Sunny brings visionary people and ideas together - advising global leaders, artists, and changemakers to catalyze innovation and social impact.

  • A Ugandan-born model, activist, and war survivor who became a global advocate for youth and refugee rights. From fleeing conflict to founding the Lumule Foundation, his journey is a living example of resilience, transformation, and service.

Dennis brings a deeply human perspective to courage—one rooted in survival, dignity, and hope. He shows that healing is possible, and that sharing your story can be one of the most powerful ways to lead.

  • A Colombian transpersonal psychotherapist and psychedelic facilitator with over 35 years of experience. Blending clinical training with ancestral traditions, his work focuses on trauma integration, shadow exploration, and altered states of consciousness.

José creates profound spaces for personal reckoning and renewal. He helps us see that the parts we fear the most often hold the keys to our freedom—and that true courage requires meeting the dark with honesty, compassion, and ritual.

  • A global executive coach with over 18 years of experience helping leaders unlock lasting transformation. Drawing on neuroscience, epigenetics and research on neuroplasticity, her work empowers individuals to identify and rewire limiting beliefs at the root.

Amina has coached executives at Meta, LinkedIn, Intuit, Daimler, and Twitter, as well as high-impact individuals across activism, media, and medicine. Her lens is simple but profound: lasting change begins in the brain—and courage begins with how we speak to ourselves.

And more to be announced.

TREATMENTS

The art of living well is not a formula, but a state of being.  As one of Harvest’s original thought leaders Alexandra Aseilly taught us, it is in the being that the doing happens.  Life is an ever-evolving interplay between our physical, emotional, spiritual states, and our social interactions. At a time when the world feels confused, tending to our vitality becomes essential—not just for ourselves, but for how we show up in the world. It is how we lead, relate, and imagine differently.  The question we ask is how can we best lead this finite, fragile life we are given. The invitation is to find our sense of purpose, to understand how our physiology functions and how our minds work.

At SHA, Harvest will explore wellbeing as a foundation for life. Through talks, shared meals, music, and immersive experiences, we’ll weave ancient knowledge and modern insight—drawing from SHA’s groundbreaking approach and vast capabilities in integrative health and Harvest’s ethos of meaning, beauty, and connection.

This partnership marks the beginning of something we’re building with care: an experience that honors the body, expands the mind, and reconnects us to the kind of community that often gets lost in everyday life.

We believe this is where the future is headed — toward a more integrated kind of wellbeing. One where taking care of yourself happens in the company of others.

Where personal healing unfolds alongside shared presence.
Where looking after ourselves and looking after each other are deeply interdependent.
