Alison, known as Anandi, The Sleep Guru, is an esteemed Ayurvedic wellbeing coach specializing in sleep, a senior yoga teacher, and a breathwork facilitator trained in India. With 35 years in the wellness field, she's also a certified Chopra meditation teacher. Author of "Breathe Better Sleep Better," Alison has been featured in major publications like Cosmopolitan and the Daily Mail. She developed Sleepology by Anandi™, an Ayurvedic approach to addressing stress, exhaustion, and sleep disturbances, drawing from her own struggles with insomnia to help others enhance their health and well-being.
